This work makes use of what is traditionally a lace making technique while suggesting computer drawings and topographical maps. The dimensionality of this work is in flux; the pulleys and counterweights (sacks filled with river stones) invert the force of gravity, pulling this two dimensional composition upward, through tension, into the realm of three dimensions.
